The Muse Team worked with me directly throughout the design of my business plan, target marketing plan and design of my website. They absolutely hit the nail on the head(no pun intended). Absorbing exactly what I wanted my business name to portray. Right out of the gates I felt I was in good hands. There suggestions were supported by data and proved to be dead on. We work on value retainers starting at $1000/month for our small business and startup clients. We are a full service agency, and this gives you access to all of our creative, technical, analytics, and strategic resources.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our professional services practices combine many disciplines: analytics, technology, creative, and strategy together. We have meetings that ensure we understand the growth or innovation the customer needs, and use an agile model SCRUM process to provide transparency and timely communication through our processes so as to remain aligned with our customer's priorities and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are the "Do it with you" type consultants. We take pride in enabling our customer's so that anything we create with them can be turned over to them and they can eventually operate on their own or with a team. Training is an essential piece and fits in with the clear values and passions we have of contributing to the democratization of the web. We believe in building fishing poles so soon you will be feeding yourself and others, so to speak, not relying on Muse to feed you the fish for meals ahead.
