- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently offer one-month packages for online lessons, with options for trial lessons. Our online lesson packages include either four or eight lessons per month (at 45 or 60 minutes each), and include opportunities for virtual community outreach projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers will be asked to fill out our new student form with details of instrument preference and schedule, after which a member from our team will reach out with a teacher recommendation and customized plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teachers are top emerging professionals in their field, recent graduates of schools such as Juilliard, Curtis, New England Conservatory, Eastman, Columbia, and Cornell.
