- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent, fair, and competitive, based on the type of notarization (in-person or remote), the document type, and the number of signature pages to be notarized as well as any necessary travel accommodations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer involves an initial greeting and consultation to understand their notary need, agreeing on a time and location that's convenient for the customer, and making sure the customer is ready with the required Identification needed for notarization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and commissioned Notary Public in the state of New York, having successfully passed the Notary Public examination. In addition, I hold a certificate from the Notarize Network Platform after completing a comprehensive 20-module training and exam. I have also completed specialized training with Loan Signing System and Blue Notary System.
