Tony and his team have been managing my East Village apartment for about 7 months, and they have done an AMAZING job! (Sorry for taking so long to review Tony!) They take care of every last bit which is so helpful. I was quite frankly overwhelmed doing it myself, and now it's stress-free. And Tony knows what he is doing. Since taking over, there are more nights booked per month and at a higher rate! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

He'e excellent. Always attentive, organized. Even fixed some thing on his own without having to hire a handyman. Invaluable. I really trust him.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing system is based a percentage rate of rental property income.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A couple months ago, an Airbnb guest called me in an absolute panic at midnight that he had lost his set of keys. He was leaving on a flight early the next day, and he was really worried. I rushed over in a cab to let him into the apartment right away. Upon entering we found he had accidentally left the keys inside the apartment. We had a good laugh, and ended up talking for a good 15 minutes after. Very nice man, and I was happy I could help out in his time of need, all without any disturbance to my client who was out of the country at the time.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say it is important to hire someone who fully understands this is a very personable business. At the end of the day, Airbnb is hospitality management. Each guest should be made to feel exceedingly comfortable, and at times that takes a lot of work. It also takes the right personality who has experience with the varying needs of guests. After years of Airbnb experience, with guests from every corner of the world, I know how to make every stay special.
