I am a new homeowner, but an experienced interviewer and learner. From the first estimate request through installation, Alex was present and helpfully informative through the entire process. He was patient with my hesitations, questions, and delays, he explained things as deeply and as often as I needed, and the company provided well coordinated service between him and his administrative team and the installers in the field. Everyone was wonderfully professional and amicable. I felt seen, respected, and supported throughout the entire process. His rates were also better than everyone else, and his work is guaranteed with proper refuse disposal and best practices. He is sure to remove old shingles from your roof thereby preventing later damage or complications. He leads with best practices. I also geeked out when he used a drone to photograph the roof and zoom in on any suspected problem areas. It was a perspective I would not otherwise been able to see my roof. Lastly, the use of technology was good. I was able to sign contracts on his iPad or via my own and print and scan. They should consider using Docusign instead as it can be even easier for future clients. If you’re on the fence about roofers, I would say do not hesitate, Alexander and Roofing World boasts great pricing, responsive, friendly and customized service, an efficient team in the office and in the field, good clean up, and punctuality and professionalism. I would whole-heartedly recommend them.

My positive interactions with Roofing World of NY began with my introductory meeting with its founder, Mr. Alexander who reviewed and explained his estimate of the work required based on photos he took. He was thorough and patient, yet confident. Once the contract was signed, his workers arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They were respectful and professional. The clean up was good, not excellent. The cost of the project was in line with two other estimate that I received. However, I trusted that Mr. Alexander was a man of his word and would live up to the contract and his word. I recommended this company to a neighbor.

Look no further. These guys do a great job at a reasonable price! In had a leaky roof and they had the crew out in less than two days and put a new roof on my Dormer on a Saturday morning. I can't recommend them enough and will be using them for future projects!

Working with Roofing World was great from start to finish. Alexander was responsive and professional. He was able to personally come out and inspect the work I needed done and provided a quote very quickly. We had our garage roof support structure reframed and a bathroom fan vented out through the attic. The work began soon after and was completed a day earlier than expected. Alexander came back to ensure the work was up to his standards. I highly recommend Roofing World, I would definitely work with them again.
