Pricing depends on the scope of work, equipment, wiring requirements, and property layout. We provide clear, upfront estimates before work begins, with no hidden fees. Service calls, troubleshooting, new installations, and system upgrades are priced based on the specific job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the customer’s needs and the type of property. Then we review the site conditions, recommend the best solution, provide an estimate, schedule the work, complete the installation cleanly and professionally, and finish with testing, walkthrough, and training if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in low-voltage security systems, including security cameras, access control, intercoms, alarm systems, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. Our work focuses on practical field experience, proper installation methods, clean wiring, system setup, and reliable performance.
