I contacted these guys because the tiles in my bathroom were coming loose and my shower faucet had detached. They quickly scheduled a walk through the day I contacted them and were flexible in coming a few days later. Very professional job and punctual, I will be using them in the future. Before and after photos shown below.

We had a tile that was coming out of my shower.. I was worried it would be a huge project to fix, but when I connected with Cara flooring, they immediately convinced me that it was not a big project and that they can easily fix up the shower. They were even able to make time the day after I called them which was so appreciative. They came for about 2 hours, not only fixed the shower but also recauced other tiles and around the window and exterior of the shower. It looks great and was super affordable. Would highly recommend! Ermal contacted me immediately, after I submitted my late evening request for service, and he was ready to set up a visit to assess the job. Upon arrival the next day, he was prepared & ready to complete the job right away! He assessed the condition of my bathroom tiles, cleaned & installed new grout, and replaced other tiles. Ermal also removed old caulk around my bathroom tub, and sealed it completely with new caulk. He even put in my new shower head (which wasn’t part of the initial job). Ermal was friendly, very helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions! I would recommend him to friends & family.

Ermal was just terrific. He not only gave us an estimate, but also furnished a work schedule. He and his worker did the job better than expected and within the stated estimate and time schedule. He was punctual, and methodical and when a problem came up, he found a solution. No matter what the issue was he was willing to help solve the problem. You do not get that kind of committment much anymore. The work turned out beautifully and we are very pleased. He is a pleasure to work with. He is one of the best contractors we have worked with and would recommend him to anyone.
