Wow! Last minute call, needed on a Sunday. Shows up with Carlos and they did a SUPER job. They turned a "guys" bathroom into an "office bathroom," and cleaned the entire loft top to bottom. I'm sure we will work with them again!

Jesus was such an amazing help, I'm so glad I found him! I had a hole in my wall where some bathroom tiles needed replacing after changing a shower fixture -- all other professionals I spoke with were trying to convince me to either quick fix fill the hole with spackle (a terrible solution) or to remove nearly the whole wall (to run costs through the roof!) Jesus was immediately responsive and right away understood the job at hand and how to fix it properly. I sent him a photo and he offered me a perfect solution and even estimated the cost. He came and did a painstakingly annoying job (hand removing the broken tiles one by one) and fixed the problem correctly, cutting and replacing the backboard as well as the broken tiles. He even came out on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule with the plumbers, and stayed until the job was done (it was not a quick job). He was professional, knowledgable, flexible, affordable and friendly. I could not recommend him more highly. Will surely reach out to him with ALL future house projects!!!

For starters I would like to say that Mr.santiago's punctuality was impressive compared to others I've dealt with in the past. As far as the cleaning and his work ethic goes from what i observed first hand is that he is accurate and as professional as possible. He even offered to wax and buff my floors free of charge for the first time. That being said Mr.Santiago is my go to guy when needing to get things done. Thank you for your work abilities and would be more than happy to work with you in the future.

Impact Cleaning fixed the tiles in my bathroom, installed a new stove and clean my house in Elmont, New York in September 2016. All the services were done in less than half a day. The service was sufficient, affordable and done well. I recommend this service to anybody who needs handy man work done including cleaning services as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet and greet the customer. Then they walk me through what needs to be done within the facility. One a visual assessment has been establish then we have the final meeting to discuss pricing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a Janitorial work for Office buildings, School, Apartment house, business etc, now i started my own business
