- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price structure is based on fee for service, as opposed to an hourly rate. I believe this makes more sense for the client as it ensures they know what it will cost them up front. The time spent for the same "service" varies due to the unique needs/situation of each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an HR professional who's involved in organizational development, recruiting, etc., so my full-time career provides me with the industry insight to keep up-to-date.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It evolved over time. I volunteered to help out fellow students in college, colleagues at work, friends, relatives, etc. Soon, I realized that I thoroughly enjoyed it and decided it was time to take it to the next level.
