- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard contract but base pricing off what specific projects an individual is looking for. Each idea and vision is different and I setup pricing with the client to reflect that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on photography services the individual/business is looking for, I will do an initial consultation over the phone to get an idea of my services best fit your needs. Next I can meet in person at the location of where you or your business is looking for photos to be taken to get a better idea of setup. Then I work with clients to find the best timing and days the suit their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a photographer for many years most recently working with a Retail/sports location in Rochester NY, where I was responsible for creating visual content for websites, social media and print. I have recently taken on projects working with brands to shoot their products "in action" with customers and professional athletes. I continue to work with individuals for things like senior portraits, family photos, headshots etc.
