Excellent and timely work by Tyler in cleaning and sealing my stamped concrete patio and walk. I used to do it myself, but it was a pleasure to have someone do a better job than I could have and not have to lift a finger! The cost was more than fair and I would use his services again.

This was my 1st experience with Thumbtack. I needed a contractor to replace 2 squares (blocks) of concrete in my front sidewalk. Since this is a very small job, most cement contractors do not want the job. T.C Powerwash was the only one who responded, and the job exceeded my expectations. Tyler gave an over the phone estimate, then followed up with a visit. Since I needed a load of gravel the estimate was a bit higher, but still $100 less than I was quoted a year ago by a contractor who never showed up. I was called several times to inform me when work would begin, and the weather did not cooperate. One day the old blocks were out, wooden frame in. A few days later (after a period of rain) concrete was poured. The next day after the concrete set, the frame was removed. This is the best part, the grass that was removed in plugs was replaced, extra top soil was added to fill in any cracks, and he added some grass seed. No one finishes with landscaping after concrete work. Job well done. I am satisfied & highly reccomend.

First of all, I am not sure you will find a nicer and more personable man then Tyler Clark. In 2 short days he turned my front yard from scorched earth into a beautiful lush green lawn. His work was excellent, the price extremely reasonable and the thorough clean up topped off a great experience. This was my first Thumbtack hire so I couldn't be happier.
