- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I list the consultation fee here as $25.00. The consultation will go over my techniques and tools. We will also get a plan together for the coming lessons. Each lesson is $80.00 and I usually see results within 4 lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would sit down together. I will ask questions and observe the behavior, sense the energy and you can tell me your story. Then, I go over the plan I would propose for the training. After this consultation, the new client decides what next step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified dog trainer with the Animal Behavior College. I also am a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals. I attended an intriguing and educational workshop in Utah called "Dealing with Difficult Dogs." I was an apprentice at K9 Connections, did an externship at Dog Days of Buffalo and worked at the dog daycare The Puppy Playpen. I also am currently the behaviorist for the animal rescue Diamonds in the Ruff.
