Everything was handled for us! We needed electric done for our dishwashers being installed and wanted our electric panels replaced as well. With little guidance we got two well detailed quotes for different approaches. It’s a wife and husband team that make sure to keep you in the loop on project updates and are super organized! Their work was phenomenal and everything was done with as little disruption as possible. When the installers brought the dishwashers they were amazed how prepared we were!

At a fair price, Mr. Graefser quickly replaced an old ceramic light fixture with a new fixture that he had with him. He was prompt and didn't need to leave the property to find a replacement part. He also took some time to advise me about the existing electrical box in my house. I would hire him again.

The experience was extremely professional. Always difficult picking someone from the internet. Graefser made it very easy. Their reviews online were great. They was an immediate response to my inquiry. There was continual follow up, so I was never kept wondering if they could do the work. The quotes were done quickly and again the communication was super. I cannot comment on the work; John was very fair. Took a look at my issue and we decided that the work was not necessary.
