Great working with Ethan. He designed a logo for me and was able to capture my vision of what I wanted. Worked in a very timely and friendly manner, overall a great experience and would likely return for any further designs I might request.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I believe it's important to look for someone with a compatible style and sensibility to your project. Be clear and concise when communicating what you want out of your project. Try to share your vision for how you see your end result so that when the professional sits down to actualize, you are both understand the 'soul' of your project. Try as best as possible to explain the "why"s and "what"s of your project, and allow the professional to worry about the "how".

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I believe that good design is all about communication; just as better communication between people results in better relationships, good design conveys as much (or even more) about a product, service, company, or work than mere words alone. As a designer, it is my job to serve as a conduit for the idea to the end user.
