• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
  My Headshot rate is $175 for 30min and you will choose 2 images to be edited. This is for 1 outfit and 1 backdrop color. After the shoot I will send all images that we took in low resolution and upload to a Dropbox folder for your viewing. You will then pick 2 images that are your favorite for me to edit and I will send them back in high resolution via email. DIGITAL IMAGES ONLY UNLESS NOTIFIED.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  First, I like to get to know the client. I want to create a very quick relationship with them before we start to shoot. Most people who come to my studio are nervous and afraid of having their photo taken, they basically don't know what to do and they always say to me, "what do you want me to do?", I say, "Just relax and breathe". One thing that I constantly practice and strive to make better is my directing skills. Being able to direct your client is bigger than taking his or her photo, or knowing what settings your camera and lights are on. If you cannot establish a relationship and take control of the photoshoot then the uncomfortableness will clearly show in the final image.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
  Education that I have which relates to photography is Graphic Design. This correlates with Photography because for all of my photos that I have published online for everyone to see are all edited. Being able to work with Photoshop allows me to take a standard out-of-camera photo and transform it to a work of art in its own way. Most people love my work because of the editing in my opinion.
