- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would build rapport and talk to them like a family member. I would also go through and walk around with them so see what their specific needs are. A lot of times people have questions but can't think of them until they walk past something that jots their memory. Answering questions usually bids trust with clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted another job 7 years ago and I landed a landscaping job. I fell in love with it instantly!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would suggest that you meet with them one on one and get a feel for their personality. Anyone can say something through texts and phone. Body language can tell a lot about ones confidence.
