I recently had a great experience with Amherst Locksmith, we came home from a vacation over Labor Day weekend and went to unlock the door to our apartment and the key broke in the lock! We were tired and hungry after driving home from Florida and called the first company we could find, which was Amherst Locksmith. We thought it might be a few hours so I took the kids to lunch while my husband waited for the locksmith to get there (noon on a holiday). By the time we had gotten home from pizza, my husband was lounging in the air conditioned living room! The locksmith showed up in twenty minutes and had my husband in there in no time flat, and then rekeyed the lock for us. We are very grateful to the locksmith company for not ruining the end of our vacation.

I am SO grateful to Amherst Locksmith, I just got home after locking myself out of my car at the mall! I finished a good day of Christmas shopping, headed out to the car and could not find my keys. I went back inside and the information desk called Amherst for me. They got to the mall really quickly considering there is a ton of traffic and once I met up with them, they were finished in 5 minutes. (I'm sure it took longer than it normally does because I was hovering over his shoulder.) They didn't charge me an arm and a leg and I am overall happy with the service they provided.

My girlfriend, god bless her, locked herself out of the house while picking the mail up from the mailbox yesterday. I am out of town for the weekend and called a friend of a friend who works for Amherst Locksmith. They swung by our place only half hour after I called and got her in. She and I are both very grateful that they could respond that quickly. Luckily it was during the day so she was in no danger but they are open 24-7 so if you ever get locked out in the middle of the night, you guys definitely know who to call - Amherst Locksmith, not ghostbusters!

I had my lock changed recently due to personal reasons and used Amherst Locksmith. I found them on Thumbtack and called them to see how long it takes between putting in a service request and getting a tech to the house. They said it would be less than 6 hours and I was at home anwyway, so hung out until they came. They were polite and worked quickly, and there was no sneaky tricks to get me to pay more. it was very "what you see is what you get" and I appreciate straight shooters. I am happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest locksmith in Buffalo.

THANK YOU AMHERST LOCKSMITH! I was busy with my children this weekend and don' t have them all the time so sometimes things slip my mind like leaving the keys in the car. (Don't tell their mother) I had two screaming two year old boys throwing things at me and the locksmith from Amherst was totally chill and just got my car unlocked so I could get the kids home for naptime. They didn't overcharge me either and I'm glad for that.
