- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start the trainer/client relationship by having a 20-30 minute conversation to get to know one another, review important information, and establish comfortability. We continue the initial session by determining a fitness baseline with assessments and standard functional exercises. This process will allow us to define your goals and create a program to accomplish those goals.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in the fitness world since I was ten years old. My father was a personal trainer. He would bring me to the gym and would occasionally take me thru training sessions. This truly impacted my life going forward. I later realized how much I truly loved fitness and that I could have an impact on others with my knowledge & passion for fitness.
