A really great experience. On short notice, Isaiah was able to do a photo shoot for a 90th birthday party. Isaiah responded to my inquiry quickly and was punctual on arrival which was important. He was able to interface with the family seamlessly taking lots of meaningful photos. In addition, he put all parties at ease and engaged when necessary with polite conversation and instructions on positioning. I would hire him again and would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

Don't ghost clients 2 weeks before their wedding when they have already given you 2/3 of the money owed, forcing them to hire a new photographer.
It's been over a year, still no communication, no refunds, not even an apology. Gross.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on work executed. I believe you should get what you pay for so I don't offer flat fee pricing because I charge for the specific work provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything I do is customized for my clients needs, so each project is started will a mini consultation to discuss the project, the clients needs and expectations to ensure I have all information to properly execute my client's desires.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After studied media production and design I acquired years of experience as a photographer and videographer contracted by companies and working independently with clients.
