Communication wasn't the greatest. Joe recommends conversing through email. When there is a delay in responses, usually this is the case. Once you've responded, there still is a delay in his response time. I've decided not to pursue my request with his organization.

Mr. Winter was professional the few times I spoke with him but when once I sent all my info for taxes to be filed, I received no reply. Communication is extremely delayed or emails are not replied to at all. I will be moving forward with someone else.
