FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have Collection prices, but also allow for wiggle room. I want to make sure my clients have exactly what they are looking for. So, tweaking a package to suit the need of the client is always an option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a consult with my clients first. I like to make sure we are a right fit for each other before booking any sessions. Consults are also a way of getting to know what the client needs, as well as showing my style of work. From there we sign a contract with a deposit. If you are booking a wedding, a pre-event consult is booked again one month before their wedding. Post wedding or session, your are delivered via internet with your "sneak peek" images within 48 hours. Within 4-9 weeks your photos are ready for review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I often take webinars and am reading up on posing, lighting, & visual art. I have plans to go back to school for my B.A., but will have to wait till my Mommy days are not so full. Between home schooling and FDP my days well balanced and I would rather have patience with cont. education at this time. But for now, I found the internet and libraries to be wonderful things, I research, practice, execute, research, practice, execute.
