- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible, as it varies by service and situation. I'm happy to discuss pricing during a phone consultation, so I can answer your questions and find a payment level that works for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I have a 30/45-min phone consultation with potential clients to determine if we're a good fit for each other. The results of that conversation will let us know how to move forward. If I think I can help you reach your goals, then we'll schedule a service, and if not, I'll do my best to point you in the right direction!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University. During college, I began volunteering with a suicide prevention organization, where I received lots of training in suicide prevention and grief support. Since then, I've worked as a mental health professional, where I received a lot of "hands-on" training in working with various types of mental illness and symptom management. I regularly attended additional trainings through my places of employment, to remain current on treatment methods and to increase my effectiveness with clients. My training as a fitness professional was completed at Life In Synergy Inc. in Boston, MA. I became knowledgeable about our bodies' natural alignment and methods of promoting that alignment through exercise. I've gone on to develop my own effective method of fitness maintenance, through years of personal research and experimentation plus experimentation with friends! I can't wait to share it with you. I'm also Level 2 Reiki certified, and I find energy healing to be extremely complimentary to both physical and mental wellness. Any questions? Just ask!!
