Work outs are always fun. Jen always mixes it up and offers options for those who are limited to low impact.

I began taking Jen's classes over 2 years ago, and just fell in love with them. Took Abs class, firm/burn, and Sat. boot camps. Jen's enthusiasm for fitness, and healthy lifestyle has definitely influenced my love for fitness, and leading a healthy lifestyle.. She's amazing.

Jens workouts are fantastic! Having the opportunity to participate at my employer is exactly what I need to stay motivated. Jen gives consistent positive feedback and encouragement, all while participating in the exercises along side the group. She keeps me engaged by changing up the workouts, and always provides modifications (which are great on those days when you aren't feeling the best or haven't quite mastered the same fitness level as other participants!).
