- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The larger projects are reviewed on a case by case basis and given a project price. For things like content writing, newsletters, logos, and video production, we have a pricing chart.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The work we do is in the most rapidly evolving field that exists. Every day we learn from our projects, from technology journals, articles, community posts, and each other. We also attend conferences globally and collaborate with people from other agencies to merge knowledge and mutually stay up to date on the absolute latest. It's nearly impossible, but we do our best, as anyone in our field should.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up programming on a 286 back in the late 90's. I then went on to study and be incredibly interested in business and business software. Technology has always been a part of my life, business came from academic influence.
