I've worked with Hannah on several different occasions, it has always been a great experience. I have done several birthday and graduation partys and even a wedding with her, in upstate NY and PA. She was quite timely in the planning and very thorough. What really impressed me about Hannah's work was her diligence, efficiency and passion. When working with Hannah I always feel that I'm getting a great quality. You can tell that she really works to give you the party that you wanted/envisioned. At one of the graduation partys the rented tables didn't show up, Hannah followed through and sent two reliable individuals to the rental company to pick up the tables. She stayed very calm and collected throughout the planning process. The only thing that I might suggest is if your planning a larger gathering (over 250 people) you might want to inquire if additional hands would be necessary or availible. Overal working with Hannah has been a pleasant, calm and fun experience. I would definitely recommend her to friends:)

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Hourly (or "As Needed") consultation $70 Perfect when you think you'd like to handle the event yourself, yet want to be sure you haven’t missed anything. I am here to guide you, keep design elements cohesive, and ensure the perfect timetable is created. We may meet any number of times, from 1 - 20+ Fee will be on a per hour basis (half hour will be $35). We may begin early in the planning stages, and/or continually check in as needed throughout the planning process. *Our first half hour will be free of charge, so we can get to know each other. We may cover items including (but not limited to) the following: -Overall Vision (favorite style terms as pertaining to the event-Shabby Chic, Modern, etc.) -Traditional/unconventional customs we could incorporate -Design Consultation -Estimated Number of Guests -Venue Ideas -More Specific Decor Thoughts -Special Activities/Games -Travel Situations (if Pertinent) -Thoughts on Food/Catering -Music Styles - *Photography Preferences (Candid, Stylized, Portrait, etc.) -Budget As your Event Planner, I am here to help you with whatever will most bless you! Now you'd like to have a care-free, stress-free memorable time in the weeks leading up to it! This package will include a customized version of the following: -An initial consultation (approx. 1 month prior to event) -An Event Organizing Binder (with detailed itinerary, a place to organize & finalize contracts, guest list and seating management) -Vendor confirmation -An on-site consultation (approx. 2 weeks prior to event) -Confirmation calls & a complete detailed itinerary sent to all vendors -Finalized list of items to bring the "day of” -Overseeing of floor plan set-up -Rehearsal coordination -On site ceremony & reception coordination Complete Planning & Coordinating Services starting at $2000 You know what you like and what you want-but you are busy!     Make sure you really get a good vibe from the person you're hiring. Even from the way an email is worded, or an over-the-phone conversation, you can usually tell if this is someone you'll connect with. And I think that's very important.
