- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly (or "As Needed") consultation $70 Perfect when you think you'd like to handle the event yourself, yet want to be sure you havent missed anything. I am here to guide you, keep design elements cohesive, and ensure the perfect timetable is created. We may meet any number of times, from 1 - 20+ Fee will be on a per hour basis (half hour will be $35). We may begin early in the planning stages, and/or continually check in as needed throughout the planning process. *Our first half hour will be free of charge, so we can get to know each other. We may cover items including (but not limited to) the following: -Overall Vision (favorite style terms as pertaining to the event-Shabby Chic, Modern, etc.) -Traditional/unconventional customs we could incorporate -Design Consultation -Estimated Number of Guests -Venue Ideas -More Specific Decor Thoughts -Special Activities/Games -Travel Situations (if Pertinent) -Thoughts on Food/Catering -Music Styles - *Photography Preferences (Candid, Stylized, Portrait, etc.) -Budget As your Event Planner, I am here to help you with whatever will most bless you! For some that may be the basic vision, for others it maybe perfecting little design elements. My purpose in our consultation will be to offer you guidance - covering any topics most important to your unique event. Month of (commonly called Day of) Coordinating Assistance starting at $1100 So you've planned almost all of your event... Now you'd like to have a care-free, stress-free memorable time in the weeks leading up to it! This package will include a customized version of the following: -An initial consultation (approx. 1 month prior to event) -An Event Organizing Binder (with detailed itinerary, a place to organize & finalize contracts, guest list and seating management) -Vendor confirmation -An on-site consultation (approx. 2 weeks prior to event) -Confirmation calls & a complete detailed itinerary sent to all vendors -Finalized list of items to bring the "day of -Overseeing of floor plan set-up -Rehearsal coordination -On site ceremony & reception coordination Complete Planning & Coordinating Services starting at $2000 You know what you like and what you want-but you are busy! Unfortunately you might not have the time or resources to plan your own event. Instead, designate a professional to ensure that every detail is uniquely designed, personally looked after, and the final event expertly overseen. This package will include a customized version of the following: -An initial consultation -An Event Organizing Binder (with detailed itinerary, budget spreadsheet, in depth planning schedule, a place to organize & finalize contracts, guest list and seating management) -Customized planning schedule (When/Where we will meet so you can stay as involved and informed as you'd like) -A consultation on budget -A customized budget (with spreadsheet which will be kept up to date) -Budget management -Optional Wardrobe consultation (guidance on Bride's gown, Groom's outfit, Bridesmaid's and Groomsman's attire) -Vendor suggestions & meetings -Vendor contract negotiations & reviews -A consultation on design for ceremony & reception -Traditional/unconventional customs we might incorporate -Personalized detailed itineraries sent out to wedding party & vendors -Coordination of stationary/invitations -An on site consultation (approx. 1 month prior to event) -Confirmation calls to all service retailers -Organized list of final payments due -Finalized list of items to bring the "day of -Overseeing of floor plan set-up -Overseeing of guest welcoming -Coordination of rehearsal & dinner -Ceremony & reception coordination Private Party Planner starting at $750 Hosting a Birthday, anniversary or baby shower? Allow me to coordinate activities, and create the perfect atmosphere so you can Enjoy the festivities! This package will include a customized version of the following: -Initial Consultation -Design & Theme Consultation -Games & Activities Consultation -Menu/Catering Consultation -Safety Concerns Consultation (esp. where children are present, includes "child proofing" of location, etc.) -Favors, gift bags, thank you's **Please note, packages can be customized to your specific needs & circumstances. Final prices will reflect this customization.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you really get a good vibe from the person you're hiring. Even from the way an email is worded, or an over-the-phone conversation, you can usually tell if this is someone you'll connect with. And I think that's very important.
