I wish that I found Jen sooner. She has done a fantastic job creating and updating our web site as well as providing some graphic design and help with content. In addition, Jen has created some very effective direct mail marketing pieces for us. She is very responsive and easy to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a 50% Down-payment and the other 50% at completion. I use Quickbooks and/or Paypal for billing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience with Graphic and Web Design. I also have an associates degree.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Lawyers, Educators, Home Improvement, Restaurants, Actors, Gyms, Trainers, Real Estate, Bloggers, Non-Profit Organizations, etc.
