Introduction: I am a strategic communications professional with experience in corporate communications. I can help you with your business needs in developing strategic communications plans, crisis communications plans, stakeholder analysis, press releases, advertorial, fact sheets, web content, media and stakeholder outreach, talking points, annual reports, brochures, newsletters, and event planning, among other communications needs. I am also a media trainer and can work with subject matter experts in your organization and prepare them for facing the media. I also spent many years as a copy editor/proofreader/fact checker and can be available for projects requiring that type of work as well. I am familiar with several different style guides, including AP, Chicago Manual and AMA, among others. I have almost 20 years of experience in corporate and government communications, and I have a master's degree in strategic communication and leadership, as well as a master's degree in journalism. Additionally, I gained much of my public relations experience through my 12 years in the military as a public affairs officer. Other samples that could not be converted to jpeg, such as articles, brochures, newsletter, press releases, and communications plans, can be made available. My rates are reasonable, and I can work within your budget.
