After removing a partial wall and loft ceiling, the drywall needed extensive repairs. Zuñiga expertly patched it, ensuring a seamless transition to the angular ceiling. The wooden floors were also refinished for cabinet and appliance installation. I will definitely hire them again for future projects.

Adrian and his team did a great job safely completing the wall demolition on my family's property. While it was difficult at times to get ahold of him since he had other jobs that he was supervising, he still answered my questions when he got the chance and he would show up to make sure everything was going well and work alongside his crew. Despite the cold weather we experienced during the job, and a few delays due to weather and replacing a damaged trailer needed for the job, his crew kept at it and made sure everything was done properly as requested and that the site was cleaned up well after the wall was removed. I would definitely recommend him and his team for future jobs.

We really enjoyed working with Adrian and his team. It was so refreshing to work with a team so responsive. He always communicated if someone wasn't able to be here as planned (which was rare) and prioritized making sure we were happy with the results. We started with a small powder room project and before he was even done we had contracted for a complete laundry room renovation. The results on both were just what we hoped for. I highly recommend and hope to work with them again.

Adrian and Zuniga Property Solutions did great work building a wall, painting, and fixing up our 1850 house. Will definitely hire again! Adrian was prompt to come give us a quote, with lots of intelligent suggestions. When we got worried about the time frame, Adrain was very responsive. His crew went above and beyond to get the job done on time. They cleaned everything afterwards. Very professional. Highly recommend!

Adrian and team took on the project of building a walk in shower in my bathroom. The end result came out more beautiful than I could have expected and would recommend their work to anyone! Adrian went above and beyond with any request. I will absolutely be hiring them for future projects. My only reason for not giving a full 5 starts is you will need to factor in hiring a professional cleaner as my floors are stained with concrete and paint, and all surfaces of the house are coated in construction dust.
