Introduction: Ashtanga yoga is where the term "power yoga" came from, except it has a reputation of being "difficult." What I do is help anyone from even a pure beginner to a more advanced student with the tools to either learn things so they can do on their own, or I can be a private teacher. This is a specific type of yoga that makes you sweat like you've never sweat before. It helps make you flexible, stronger, and also cleanses the body and mind.
