Introduction: Hello! I have completed over 5,600 resumes for customers in just 7 years, completing nearly 1,000 resumes personally in 2017 alone. If I am unable to meet with my clients personally then I have a great deal of experience working with customers over the phone from my office in Buffalo, New York. The resume usually takes a couple of hours, give or take, depending on the volume of accomplishments and experience. The resume is fully editable in MS Word and I email it to you as soon as it is finished. I do not request payment upfront. I am probably the most experienced and most effective individual resume writer in Western New York. I charge just $50 per hour for highly effective resumes and usually just throw in the cover letter templates for FREE which have opened doors to many interviews for my clients. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate but have a 3-hour cap regardless of how much more specialized work has to go into the resume
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in English literature and writing and have many years of management, sales, customer service, teaching, etc., which had me working with a wide range of customers in nearly every industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was selected to do resumes for GED students and began receiving a great deal of feedback that over 90% of them were getting jobs. The business manager of a state-funded agency fired 3 people doing resumes for their constituents and asked my boss who wrote resumes for our students. Upon hearing that I had a great success opening doors for jobs for our students they requested me and that's how I have written over 5,500 resumes to date.
