- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate but have a 3-hour cap regardless of how much more specialized work has to go into the resume
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in English literature and writing and have many years of management, sales, customer service, teaching, etc., which had me working with a wide range of customers in nearly every industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was selected to do resumes for GED students and began receiving a great deal of feedback that over 90% of them were getting jobs. The business manager of a state-funded agency fired 3 people doing resumes for their constituents and asked my boss who wrote resumes for our students. Upon hearing that I had a great success opening doors for jobs for our students they requested me and that's how I have written over 5,500 resumes to date.
