I first need to explain that I work in the staffing industry and I know how important it is these days to have a resume when you are looking for work. Whether you are just getting into the job market, or have decades under your belt, your resume is the first thing people see about you. Saying that, Byron creates your image on paper beautifully! I have been able to place people at jobs because of him and what he does. I can also attest that most of them are still working to this day thanks to him. Byron listens to you and helps guide you through this process which is not always the easiest to do on your own. I have grown to know his work and I often ask clients of mine if they have met with him, although I already know the answer, and they gush at what he has done for them. Byron is very good at what he does. The process he uses greatly enhances any resume. I worked with Byron shortly before I was ready to begin looking, but once I started looking I received calls back for 3 different jobs that I applied for (without a recommendation or 'in' if you will). I was able to work my way through the process and have my pick of my job of choice. I think it is extremely rare to receive calls back on 'blindly' submitted resumes for positions without any recommendation. The resumes rarely get past the computer systems looking for key words and then if they do may never even get looked at. With Byron's help, I was able to get 3 opportunities. Cannot thank him enough, excited to start my new journey and will be using him again in the future.

Great no bs resumes. Best guy in town! Taking your old, out dated, poorly worded, resume to Byron, is like taking your wrecked car to a top of the line auto repair shop. When you get it back it's going to look like it just came off the assembly line. Thanks Byron!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is reasonable but do not wish to display for my competition. You can also check my Google business listing and you will see that I've the highest volume of 5-Star reviews, making me the #1 Rated Resume Service in Western New York.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consult for free over the phone then meet with each customer on the phone (during this Coronavirus pandemic), otherwise at a Panera Bread, usually, to review the existing resume, determine objectives, and aim to complete the resume inside of 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours. If a person does not have a resume, I provide an easy to complete resume worksheet for him or her to fill out and we go from there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess a Master's degree from SUNY at Buffalo in English Literature and Writing.
