I booked Chloe to help plan a surprise proposal. And she went above and beyond!! I lived in NYC and the proposal happened in Albany. Chloe was very responsive with communication, she got last minute decorations before we arrived. Recommend restaurant for reservations and flower shops. She made the vision came to life!!
