- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I practice daily, take a weekly class from my yoga teacher, assistant teach her classes and teach my own. Every time I'm on the mat, I learn something new.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Yoga has significantly improved my life. As a young woman, I struggled with depression and self-harm. My combined studies of Yoga, self development and femininity have transformed me into a peaceful, self-confident woman eager to share these "secrets" with everyone who will listen!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We will establish a mind-body-breath connection to open the practice. We will perform various postures/asanas to warm up, stretch, strengthen and open the body. We will connect our breath to our movements to maintain a sense of calm. We will focus our attention on an object of meditation to close our practice, and hopefully - we'll learn a little something in the process! =]
