- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since with plumbing we don't always know what is broken or that it so old it is going to fall apart. As a result we provide an upfront step pricing to you before we do any work. This way you see what the job might cost in a worst case scenario or the least amount in a best case scenario.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide all residential plumbing services, including small and large jobs. From a leaky faucet or a boiler to complete home plumbing systems.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for Someone who is local and licensed, then additionally they should always answer their phone.
