After a brief "honeymoon" period I was stunned at the lack of performance by this company combined with a thoroughly unprofessional attitude. They did not perform work as contracted, There was very little or no supervision by Eric. The work that was to be done personally by Eric was not done. There was no response to correspondence requesting reimbursement for work not done.

I’m sorry you feel this way. However we were in constant contact with you. You would call to say the guys missed some blowing of debris from your driveway and I offered to satisfy your concern by sending the guys back out to fix the mistake and you said “ no that’s ok we have a blower and I will take care of it.” As far as the work not performed by me we had our first snowfall on November 10 therefore could not be completed. There are several jobs that need to wait until snowfall is gone in order to complete them and yet your the only person to complain. As far as your comment about being reimbursed for work not completed, by your own admission in your recent letter the total owed to you is around $700.00. However according to our contract agreement signed by you, you never paid your final payment for the season of $905.00 therefore not only were you never billed for this work you would actually have an oustanding balance for last year for the work that actually was completed of $205.00. We have made every attempt to fix any problem you had with our company and you refused. I have completed phone logs of all communication to show we were in constant contact. Again sorry you feel as if we didn’t cater to your needs but we made every effort and were very professional.
