- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Events: $180 per guard for a 6-hour shift. Extra hours are $20 each. Ongoing Contracts residential/commercial $30 per hour per guard. No hidden fees – pricing includes worker’s comp and payroll via Paycheck. Discounts may be available for long-term contracts or multiple guard bookings. Booking is based on availability, and payment for events is due at the end of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact We gather basic details about your needs. 2. Consultation We discuss your requirements and provide recommendations. 3. Quote & Agreement We send a detailed quote and service agreement. 4. Scheduling We confirm dates, times, and assign personnel. 5. Service Delivery Our team performs the agreed services professionally. 6. Follow-Up We check in after the job to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Guard had extensive training in security operations, emergency response, and conflict resolution, and Fire Guard (F-01/F-02).
