BUYER BEWARE! Awful, unprofessional and a thief. I hired him to patch a hole in my kitchen ceiling from a leak. He found what he claimed to be an electrical issue in the 4 spotlights. I asked him to fix it and when he was done he charged me 5x what we agreed to. He put me in a very uncomfortable position and I felt obligated to pay. Afterwards, he offered to “fix” the other 6 spotlights for a fourth of what he already charged me. Clearly, he’s a crook. When I confronted him about being overcharged, he admitted that his previous price was high and that he would come fix the other lights and only charge me for supplies (all of this is saved in texts). He rescheduled several times and never came. Additionally, he crossed a professional line by sending me weird unsolicited texts about what he likes to cook when I was trying to confirm timing. Save yourself the agony and go with a professional contractor that isn’t a thief.
