- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At our consultation I will be able to determine approximately how many hours will be needed to reach your goals. This will be a rough estimate considering there are many variables that are out of my control. How motivated are you? How quickly can you make decisions throughout the process? How many other people will be a part of your organizing plan? (spouse, children, employees, etc.) And also the level of disorganization to start with. All of your questions will be addressed during our consultation together. I charge an hourly rate and offer discounts for 6, 12, and 18 hour packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I evaluate and determine the cause of disorganization and create an action plan. Each client has different needs and there is never just one answer but rather a multi-faceted solution. Most of my clients hire me to carry out the action plan which generally includes sorting, purging, zoning and organizing. Few clients may only desire “the action plan” and that’s okay too. I find that the clients that have me work with them throughout the entire process are less overwhelmed and happier with their outcome. After all, I AM a professional!
