Our knitting group recently hired chef Rich as a departure from our regular routine of restaurant dining.
First up. A smooth Lemon yogurt sauce over Kale salad complemented the sturdy greens. Following was a Red lentil curry soup, velvety and delicate with melded flavors shining through. Marinated Skirt Steak shared the plate with a pan seared lobster tail and was accompanied by a vegetable studded Quinoa salad. Our meal was capped with a creamy Berry trifle served in individual ramekins.
A unique change from the regular restaurant experience! I highly recommend inviting chef Rich into your home to plan, shop and prepare a personalized meal for you and your friends!

Rich catered my daughters second birthday party and did an amazing job! We decided to do the party in the park right near our house and use the charcoal grills that they provide. We had the usual burgers and dogs but rich brought out the Italian sausage with Italian bread along with the homemade peppers and onions - what a treat!!! The fresh made salad as well as the home made giacomale were both out of this world.
Rich was a natural on the grill, often times leaving us with the feeling like he was part of the family. Everyone raved about him
(a few cousins were wondering if he was single ;) )
He kept a clean and tidy work area throughout and kept the food coming. He was super mindful of timing and all my family's preferences were met with a smile.
I couldn't of asked for anything more and would recommend rich to anyone looking to have a party catered.

Rich has prepared several meals for me; and they were all delicious! He cooks from the heart and each dish has its own unique, flavor and is seasoned to perfection, and healthy too! He is clean and precise in what he prepares, he is truly a gifted chef.

Chef Rich catered our family Easter Brunch for years. His platters of fresh fruit and exotic cheeses looked almost too good to eat. Rich attended to carving stations as he prepared omelette's to order while keeping the family entertained by his culinary skills and witty personality. My family looks forward to the brunch every year and So do I because chef Rich makes it fun for everyone while enjoying delicious food.

Rich catered our backyard 25th anniversary BBQ with a delicious burrito bar with grilled skirt steak, marinated chicken and all the fixings. We wanted to keep it healthy, Rich suggested a kale salad with pomegranate vinaigrette. Everything was great, would recommend.
