Introduction: I am a self-taught passionate chef who lived in Asia for many years. I love to prepare fusion food, such as Italian Crostini with a spicy Thai topping. Since childhood, I have been looking over my dad's shoulders, and on weekends, we spent many hours together experimenting with unfamiliar ingredients and cooking methods.
