Introduction: I have the experience. I'm certified in Travel Management through Global Business Travel Association by attending the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School, as well as Cornell University. I've been involved in all Corporate Travel organizations, have worked within an on-site corporate travel department (CTD) with an end-to-end solution for business. I've handled over $30 Mil in Travel & Expense and did it well. The challenge of taking on new technology to enhance the travel program and still align with corporate culture. Keeping abreast of travel industry changes and conveying those changes affecting bottom line profit with Upper Management and respecive travelers.

Make sure they have experience - lots of it. And make sure they have compassion for the traveler.

The compassion I have for travelers, especially international. Also, there's more to proper corporate travel management than booking travel arrangements.
