Introduction: I offer my clients my 20 + years in the home construction trades. A complete report with pictures to reference the many big or small issues I find during a home inspection. All my home inspections include an environmental report to verify if there any issues within 300' feet of this home such as buried tanks or drug houses and if this home is on a flood plane. I also offer all my clients, appliance warranties, change of address on line, and a 10% discount at any Lowe's store.

Al was an extremely professional and knowledgeable home inspector who made me aware of some very critical upgrades that needed to be implemented to make my home safe. He knew so much about every facet of electrical, plumbing, roofing, chimneys, construction, drainage, and the structure of my older home and explained it in layman terms. I would recommend Al to anyone looking for a home inspection no matter what the need.
Home Inspection

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of the home inspections are residential single family, multifamily, commercial buildings, manufacture homes, new builds, radon, asbestos, and lead testing.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are many home inspectors as other professionals, so research is necessary to find the home inspector that has the necessary credentials for you to make the right choice in this purchase. Price should be the last question you should ask the prospective home inspector.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Clients need to know that the home inspection process is very important. A good home inspector informs the client about all issues related to the home they are about to invest in. Being informed is the clients best defense against buying a home that might bring unforeseen costly repairs or safety issues that must be addressed.
