Introduction: I am an American Red Cross certified water safety instructor. I have been teaching progressive group and private lessons for over 20 years. I offer private, semi-private and group swim lessons at the convenience of your home. I provide lessons for all ages (from 6 months to adults). I tailor the experience to the needs of the individual. Whether you are a parent looking to provide your child with a safe and fun way to learn how to swim or a beginner triathlete looking to build strength and endurance, then Swim with Alyson is for you. I am a firm believer that swimming helps build confidence both in and out of the water. It is amazing to see the personal growth and transformation that takes place when an individual accomplishes his or her goals in the pool. I bring my own equipment with me, so all you need is your bathing suit and willingness to learn! My lessons are generally 30 minutes long unless discussed otherwise. I have over 18 years of experience teaching swimming and have loved every minute of it. As a certified holistic health coach, I work with busy, career and family-driven women to find bliss and happiness in their lives by supporting them to create balance, reduce stress and anxiety and ultimately, become the best version of themselves.
