I know my fair share about computers. I have a desktop computer that a friend and I built after buying the parts online. I had a problem with my computer for several months, and when I finally sought help I found George. The fix took a while (had to reinstall the OS), but he only charged for the amount of time he was on the phone guiding me. The problem was something that never occurred to anyone ... before George. He explained everything in simple words and made sure I understood and agreed on what needed to be done. I am beyond happy that I found George. If you have had other people take at look at your computer and no real progress, leave it to George and he will find the problem and help you fix it. Well, he certainly gets the job done. To me (as i am from computer background) to me he was beating around the bush & looks for a way to drag the call duration - as he charge based on that. I would still recommend because of my first statement.Aug 23, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?In general I offer a 2-hour diagnosis and repair session for a base fee of $50 a discount to my regular $35/hr. rate. After the initial analysis, if addition time is needed I will estimate for you.
