- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the services client is interested in. I will always work with clients budget. I offer multiple discounts for military, police, firefighters, healthcare workers, teachers, repeat customers, referrals and first time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a quick phone conversation and introduce myself and hear about their expectations and what kind of event it is. If they feel we are a good fit and I like to have a virtual or in person introduction, which ever the client prefers. I will then get all the details and or idea they have, including budget, venue, guests list ect. The look or vibe they want. Then I will get back to them shortly with some pictures drawings and ideas to see if I have the vision correct if not I will adjust to their liking and we go from there :).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m actually a health care worker of 10 years so customer service and hospitality is one of my best attribute’s. I’m excellent and paying attention to detail and getting you what you want. I starting doing photography as a side gig 4 years ago and then decorating, doing desserts, favor and invitations for events from photography clients. Now just hoping to grow my business with all of you and show you I’m here to make your dreams come true!
