FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do this for a living. But while more I can get for my seller the more I can make as well. Looking after the client FIRST is what will really determine my success. This is a business that operates entirely under a win-win scenario and nothing less than that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to wear the clients shoes. Know exactly where they come from and where they intend to go. I serve as a bridge. And if I can get you cross that bridge then you succeed and I as well. And if one way dsnt work then we keep trying plan B, C, D until Z if necessary. But we will accomplish if we look after each other’s best interest. No doubt about that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got licensed in real estate in April 2004. And never stopped working ever since. I have multiple types of certifications and trainings. But most importantly, I am vastly certified in distressed properties such as REO, foreclosures, pre foreclosures, short sales, directly from the biggest banks such as Wellsfargo, City, Chase, Ocwen, Champion mortgage, Nationstar, Solutionstar, etc. Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to work for one of the biggest REO handling real estate company’s in the country: Carrington Real Estate. In order to be able to remain in such a company our trainings are mandatory and they are extensive. It’s a never stop process of being updated day by day, in the best techniques to better serve our clients.
