It is not just about telling our clients what to eat, but more of let's learn together what you are willing to incorporate slowly and effectively into your lifestyle. A Whole New You nutritional counseling is very individualized as each client has different goals.
We teach our clients how to incorporate whole foods into their diet. We do this by offering food store tours. We take our clients either to a local supermarket or a health food store depending on the clients needs. We teach our clients how to read food labels, choose healthier versions of foods they are already eating, and how to incorporate the most energizing and nutrient dense foods into their diet.
We offer our clients hands-on cooking classes to help them learn how to cook some of the whole foods. It is a fun learning experience for them and they get to socialize as well.
We also offer our clients a weight loss program for those who want to lose weight quickly and safely. A health coach is assigned to help you stay on your program and keep the weight off. Once clients are off the program, they can learn how to incorporate whole foods into their daily lives.
