On Sunday afternoon June 21st my water heater started leaking. My basement got flooded. I had gotten the name of Mario DiCostanzo, from AdvantaClean from a friend and called him and explained to him what just happened. Mario, Michael and Zach were at my home in a matter of hours and immediately took control of what to me was a catastrophe. They were professional, all the equipment they used appeared to be new and state of the art and by the end of the day besides the water stains on the walls and the carpet and flooring showing signs of the flood damage everything was back to some semblance of order. How did it go overall. From start to finish? Mario, while doing the working also showed me some mold that apparently was already growing in my basement near the bedroom area that was probably there before the flood. He did some mold testing, then some days afterwards also removed it. He was knowledgeable and was quick to get back to me and assist me with working with my insurance company. Since we really didn't have any experience in getting things back into shape after the flood Mario assisted me in getting quotes and contractors in for new carpeting, flooring and carpentry. He gave me more than one just one guy to choose from which was refreshing so I felt like I could make the best decision that would be right for me and my budget. Overall these guys were first rate.

Friendly service, was there on time, told me step by step what they were doing, took pictures to show me the inside of the ducts. They were very professional and even cleaned up when they were done! Would HIGHLY recommend!

My job involved testing for and removal of mold as a result of water leaking from the roof into the office/bathroom area. Mario and his team were prompt, professional and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him to others (which I have already).

Flood remediation: Super response time, thorough testing, complete solution from remediation through all repair work. Mario is good at what he does and cares about the customer. He left my home looking better than when he got here!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
AdvantaClean does have standard pricing for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. All mold and emergency water removal services will need to be quoted after an on site visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All calls are received either by myself or a customer service professional. We thoroughly review the customers concerns and then schedule an appointment at the property or schedule the service.
