Introduction: Chelsea Ahmed is a holistic health coach and Reiki practitioner. As a highly sensitive person, she studied psychology to understand her emotions better and soon realized the significance of healing the gut and emotional health. She studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and loves to remind others of their power and ability to heal themselves. Unimaginable. I wasn’t sure if holistic coaching was some thing that could work for me after dealing with chronic health issues for serval years until, Chelsea introduced me to the world of natural healing and the importance of mindfulness. I can’t thank nor praise this woman enough for having her guide me through my healing journey. She’s everything you’d think she’d be and everything you wouldn’t expect her to be. Her reiki sessions…a bonus! This woman simply loves what she does and her devotion speaks volume. & my chronic health issues have dialed down to such an extent that my doctors couldn’t even believe it! I am sincerely grateful.

I have your testimonial here!: In the span of only 3 months Chelsea has helped me make major changes in my life that I at one point did not imagine possible. Before I started working with Chelsea I felt drained, spoke very fast, had no libido at all, accepted horrible treatment, and lacked confidence. I had seen mental health professionals before but none of them were of any use; I was even hesitant to start this journey because I felt like a happy life was too good to be true and that I didn’t deserve one. I really think it is because of the holistic approach she took to help me that I’ve made this much progress. She started off by helping me with my diet. I cut off coffee in the morning-which i took for energy boosts. I stopped eating out and started cooking more. Now I don’t feel the need for caffeine because I don’t feel sluggish anymore. I began to do daily meditations and started spending time in the sun/ nature every morning. Chelsea taught me to reframe the negative thoughts I had about myself through thought maps, mirror work, gratitude, making journaling a practice, and daily affirmations. I began to let myself feel my emotions deeply and would write them down, instead of bing eating as a means to escape them. We also worked on me setting boundaries, healing my inner child, understanding my attachment style and working on me having healthier relationships (she gave me SO much support and ultimately helped me get to a point where now I would never want my toxic ex back). I started feeling happier and less stressed day by day. I don’t stutter anymore and speak much more clearly. On top of that, I actually have a libido now! My family and friends have pointed out that I seem way more full of joy and life than I did before and notice a major difference in how I carry myself. I know I wouldn’t have been able to heal my symptoms without her guidance and holding me accountable to be consistent with the work. I’m so grateful for her support and cannot wait to what the next 3 months that I will be working with her have in store!!💚💚💚

So much knowledge and wisdom to get from Chelsea during our calls and doing reiki! I wish I had the capacity to continue working with Chelsea but my schedule will not allow at this time. She’s been particularly helpful when I got into a car accident and her reiki session helped me feel a lot better. Chelsea’s resources are something I plan to take and use beyond my work with her.

It was an immense pleasure working with Chelsea. One of the best things I got out of working with her was understanding the importance of consistency. I used to just do things here and there and expect changes, but that never lasted for long. Instead, she asked me for my goals and what I wanted to work on and she customized a plan that was just for me, rather than giving me general suggestions that won’t work for everyone. If one thing didn’t work, she would suggest something else - her positivity helped a lot. One of my main goals was to eat out less and prep home cooked meals instead for lunch at work. My struggle was that I didn’t know what to make that wouldn’t make me feel sluggish. Chelsea suggested I incorporate more greens and to eat them first and she taught me that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. To this day, I’m still preparing home cooked meals for lunch and it’s been almost a year since we’ve worked together - and I’m still practicing a lot of the things we implemented working together. Consistency is key y’all!!! Chelsea is super caring, always checking up on me - it was awesome working with her! I would definitely do it again 🤩

Chelsea has helped me understand where my brain fog and fatigue stem from! I was experiencing heavy fatigue sensations in my chest alongside achy muscles. I was able to replace any source of caffeine with beet root powder that actually helps me feel energized throughout my day. After 3-4 days of having a glass of water mixed with beet root powder I started feeling myself feeling more balanced and less fatigue. Ofcourse, she also helped me with my attention span and dopamine addiction ( trust me you might have it too haha) I started being very intentional about the first 20-30 minutes of my day. Slowly, realizing I could start remembering my dreams and thinking clearly. This was really helpful because instead of starting off my day with overflow of information and letting the rest of my day reflect that, taking care of my body’s needs first - boosted my mood and reduced the times I was craving a quick fix ( tec/food/ people pleasing). As she always tells me, “How you do one thing is how you do everything.” I started paying attention to my period phases as Chelsea taught me the lunar phases and how they impact our mood. I used to feel so crampy, emotional and receive pimples! A sign that maybe I wasn’t tending to my body as well as it needed, it felt like something was off. I started eating more colorful fruits and veggies and adding more fiber to my diet and noticed that by the next luteal phase, I didn’t experience cramps or acne. Alongside, keeping my cortisol levels low through meditation, daily walks and journaling, I found myself to feel much more emotionally balanced and resourced! Homemade Ginger shots helped my gut and my PMS so much too, I’ve been looking forward to making it a staple part of my morning to help my digestive system and hormonal health! This was such a great experience, truly understanding the power of food as medicine & having the support to understand what was clearly off balance in ways I didn’t know which has helped me make better decisions, gain clarity and feel in control of my health again!
