Miguel was amazing to work with. He came in a day before to assess my floor and provided a few recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Miguel and his team were incredible. The work is top notch (Demo, plaster work, new floors), but most importantly he was wonderful to work with. I will need to see the job before being able to provide a quote. We will discuss price and once a price is agreed upon, I will begin the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have to see the work beforehand in order to provide a quote. Once we agree on a price, I will create a contract for the customer to sign before work is started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work for the carpentry union of New York and I have 20 years of experience.
